Colorful Logic Helper for Windows 8
Description: Colorful Logic is based on a simple game of logic in which you attempt to figure out a pattern of hidden colors. After submitting each guess you will be shown one black pin for each correct color in the correct position, and one white pin for each correct color in the wrong position (the order and position of the pins is not significant). This information is used in future guesses to help you figure out the pattern of hidden colors. Colorful Logic Helper will help you figure out the solution to the puzzle by showing you what the possible colors for each coloumn are and the minimum and maximum possible number of each color. If you want to download a version of Colorful Logic that does not include help solving it, it is available at Colorful Logic.

How to Use Colorful Logic Helper
To select the colors for your next guess:
Your current guess is indicated by a black arrow on the left of the board. To select a color for each of the 5 pegs in the current guess, drag that color from the available colors displayed in the upper right of the screen to the desired position. If you want to change the color you selected, simply drag a different color on top of the previous one.
To submit your current guess:
Once you have selected a color for all 5 positions, you can submit the current guess by clicking or tapping the Submit button in the upper right of the screen. A combination of black and/or white pins will then be displayed to the right of that guess, the indicator will move to the next guess, and, if your guess is correct or it was your last turn, a message will be displayed and the hidden colors will be revealed.
What do the pins to the right of each guess mean?
The pins shown to the right of each guess after submitting it are used to help you figure out the pattern of hidden colors. Each black pin represents a correct color in the correct position, and each white pin represents a correct color in the wrong position. The position of the pins is not significant, and you may recieve no pins if none of the colors in your guess are in the pattern of hidden pegs.
What does the information on the left mean?
The information to the left of the guesses includes information to help you figure out the solution to the puzzle. The first part is 5 columns with the numbers 1 to 5. Each of these columns displays the remaining possible colors for that column in the puzzle solution. The second part displays each color with the minimum and maximum number of pegs of that color that must be in the puzzle solution.
