ImagePad for Windows Phone
Description: ImagePad is a simple utility for drawing lines of different widths and colors on a background of either a solid color or a photo from your phone or camera. Your drawings can be saved in Isolated Storage (on the phone) for future editing in ImagePad, or to your Pictures Library for synchronization with your computer.

Editing The Current Drawing
Drawing a line:
Lines can be drawn by dragging your finger in the drawing area. Lines require a minimum length before they show up due to a bug in the phone. You will most likely not notice this, but it will unfortunately prevent you from being able to draw "small dots" just by touching the screen (if this changes or I find a workaround, I will make an update available).
Scrolling:
You can scroll vertically or horizontally using the scrollbars to the right and bottom of the drawing area. The edge of the drawing is surrounded by a light gray border, so that you can tell when you have scrolled all the way to the edge.
Selecting a color:
A color can be selected by tapping the appropriate square below the drawing area. The currently selected color will have a black or white X and is the color of the sample line to the right of the colors.
Adjusting the line width:
The line width can be adjusted using the slider below the sample line. The width of the sample line will change as you slide the slider.
Modifying the drawing area size:
The width and/or height of the drawing can be modified by entering a new value in the Width and Height textboxes. If the new value is less than the current value, the drawing will be cropped, if the new value is greater than the current value, the drawing will be extended. The new extended area will have a solid white background.
Creating, Saving, And Deleting Drawings
Creating a New Drawing
Creating a new drawing from the Media Library:
You can create a new drawing from a picture in the Media Library by tapping the Load button , tapping the Pictures Library button, and selecting the picture you wish to use as a background. (NOTE: The picture in the Media Library is not changed. If desired, you can later save your drawing to the Saved Pictures folder in the Media Library as a new picture.) If you wish to return to the main page without creating a new drawing, use your phone's Back button.
Editing a drawing from Isolated Storage:
If you have previously saved a drawing to Isolated Storage, you can open and continue editing that drawing by tapping the Load button , tapping the Isolated Storage button, and selecting the drawing you wish to edit. (NOTE: The saved drawing is not automatically updated, you will need to manually re-save it to update the saved copy.) If you wish to return to the main page without selecting a drawing, use your phone's Back button.
Creating a new drawing from a solid color:
You can create a new drawing with a solid color background by tapping the Load button , tapping the Select Solid Color button, and choosing a color. The new drawing will be a solid color with a width and height of 470×345. If you wish to return to the main page without selecting a color, use your phone's Back button.
Creating a new drawing from the camera:
You can create a new drawing from a picture taken with the camera by tapping the Camera button and using your phone's camera to take a picture. (NOTE: Because the phone takes pictures at a reasonably high resolution, you will need to scroll in order to see the whole picture.)
Saving a Drawing
Saving to the Media Library:
Drawings can be saved to the Saved Pictures folder in your phone's Media Library for synchronization with your computer. To do this, tap the Save button , enter a filename or keep the suggested one (although not required, I strongly recommend your filename end in .jpg), and tap the Pictures Library button.
Saving to Isolated Storage:
Drawings can be saved to Isolated Storage for future use or editing in ImagePad. To do this, tap the Save button , enter a filename or keep the suggested one, and tap the Isolated Storage button. (NOTE: Drawings saved to Isolated Storage cannot be accessed by other apps or synchronized with your computer, they can only be accessed by ImagePad. If you want them to be available to other apps or synchronize them with your computer, save them to the Media Library.)
Deleting a Drawing
Deleting a drawing from Isolated Storage:
You can delete a previously saved drawing from Isolated Storage by tapping the Load button , tapping the Isolated Storage button, and tapping the Delete button for the drawing you wish to delete.
